Your responsibilities

• In close cooperation with development teams on both our and the client's side, you'll define SLIs (service level indicators), SLOs (service level objectives) and SLAs (service level agreements) in the context of site reliability engineering (SRE).
• Furthermore, you'll support the operation of existing applications and platforms from an SRE perspective.
• Additionally, you'll drive the automation of repetitive tasks (toil reduction).
• Last but not least, you'll coordinate the incident resolution process, assist in writing post-mortem reports and apply SRE best practices.

What we are looking forward to

• University degree (BA or higher) or comparable level of proficiency in informatics / computer science / IT; s
• Solid professional track record as an SRE, DevOps, software or platform engineer (with programming skills in Python, Go, Java, Scala, and/or experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ideally in a Linux environment)
• In-depth expertise in networks, security, operating systems, web architecture, service configuration and automation
• Advanced knowledge in building CI/CD pipelines; good general grasp of DevSecOps and GitOps practices
