Job Overview

Coordinates, administers, and controls financial operations. Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports. Directs all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. Oversees the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements

Job Responsibilities

S2P

• Process Finance related invoices (validate & provide coding for FSC AP posting)

R2R/ Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Coordinate with the company's Financial Solutions Center for related to R2R transactions
• Responsible to perform and analyze periodic financial statements closing and completion of reporting packages, including tax related reports (e.g. GST, WHT, FBT, Income Tax provisions, Source P&L, AFS, TP, etc.)
• Prepares and post JE in-scope for LE Finance (tax, stat audit & non-routine)
• Prepares assigned A/Cs for Reconciliation in-scope for LE Finance (tax accounts)
• Support Internal and Compliance Review

Fixed Asset

• Facilitate the FA physical count every two years

Inventory

• Coordinates the annual inventory count with the process owners, collate and review the count documents to ensure compliance

Others

• Perform other task as assigned by immediate Supervisor from time to time

Job Requirements

• Education background in Accounting or Business Management
• At least 3yrs work experience (General Ledger & Reporting)
• SAP experience would be an advantage
• Knowledgeable on US GAAP, IFRS/PFRS
• Possess the ability to work independently and able to handle work pressure
