On is seeking a passionate Process Improvement Specialist with experience in assessing, monitoring, and enhancing operations and process improvement initiatives with a focus on our Footwear creation functions.In this role, you will analyze current practices and implement sustainable and repeatable improvements in workflows and processes to ensure continuous company performance. The Process Improvement Specialist works on problems of diverse scope and complexity, under minimal supervision, and usesindependent judgment to determine the best course of action. This position is a mixof project management, collaborative thinking, consulting and communication skills.As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly dynamic setting. Your Mission

• Proactively seek to understand operational challenges to gain insight and pinpoint opportunities for improvement by leveraging synergies and building efficiencies in product creation functions.
• Research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmarks.
• Provide, through collaboration with cross functional teams, an objective assessment of business operations and actionable plans to streamline the processes, including but not limited to defining the process scope, limits, outputs/inputs, sequential steps, and contributors/stakeholders/owners.
• Document new and existing processes/process improvements through action plans, project roadmaps (where applicable), and regular communication to ensure project milestones and deliverables areimplemented in a timely manner.
• Create step by step guidelines and visual diagrams via process mapping, collaboration and project management tools.
• Establish measurements to determine the effectiveness of the process and review and test the process to implement improvements as needed
