Job Description

Assists the Credit Manager on ad-hoc assigned duty

Ensure all payment received are posted accurately and applied-off accordingly to the payment details received into the respective city ledger account in PSMS and will past over to the respective colleague to investigate the discrepancy if any.

Ensure the commissions are tagged and paid correctly to the respective travel agents and identified corporate account promptly

Performs daily audits of banquet checks, event orders, cover counts and guarantees ensure accuracy and completeness of information and billing.

Accomplishes all internal control audits as stipulated in MOHG P&P.

Ensure the no show details are accurate as advised by Income Auditor before charging and posting to PSMS
