Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

Within Banking Operations as Third Party Fund Network Provider Specialist, you will be part of the Investment Fund Agreements & Commissions team.

Your role

Actively assist in the development of the external fund managers network, supporting partners and clients needs in addition to operationnal treatment of commissions.

 

• Manage relationships with investment fund managers and distribution platforms.


• Negotiate distribution agreements.


• Answer due diligence and regulatory requests.


• Process trailer fee commissions (reconciliations, controls, payment incomings).


• Participate in system updates and data quality maintenance.

Your profile

• Previous experience in fund distribution and working with financial platforms.


• Interpersonal skills and sense of customer service.


• Strong software/computer skills and interest in banking operations.


• Initiative and ability to work under pressure.


• Fluent French & English - spoken and written.


• Domicile in Switzerland required.
