We support the Operations Division by providing a holistic process management approach. We are looking for a motivated team player to join us in leveraging the potential of our SWISS Operations.

• Lead and facilitate process optimization workshops & promote the improvement and efficient optimization of processes
• Support in establishing and fostering new ‘process thinking’
• Consult the respective departments within SWISS Operations (e.g. Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Crew Training, Operations Steering, etc.) regarding the set-up and content of processes
• Supervise the SWISS operations process landscape, ensure its accuracy and identify pro-actively potential improvements
• Document the agreed processes in standardized way and support responsibles in process administration in line with our tool and method (ProX)

• University degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Social Sciences, Economics or equivalent through experience
• Process Management experience / IT literacy
• Strong workshop design & facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Motivated and open-minded team player with strong empathy and initiative
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Fluent (written & spoken) in German & English
• Good knowledge of the airline industry, especially in Operations is an asset
