General Manager Sales Region Europe and RoW

MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES

  • Growth Sales in EU-ROW Region
  • Lead and manage a regional sales, sales operations and Service Team organization (approx. 35 pax)
  • Help Develop and implement Business Unit Strategy within European & RoW region
  • Manage corporate governance and take all legal entity responsibility within Europe & RoW Region
  • Drive profitable product and service revenue growth to meet business goals.
  • Maintain C-level relationship with key customers and distributors and establish new connections for future business in semiconductors, displays, solar panels, general vacuum industry, and related industries.
  • Create and implement revenue and market share growth strategies through collaboration with BUs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop and strengthen a culture of performance and engagement the organization.
  • Steer and drive talent development initiatives and succession planning to sustain business growth
  • Assist with development, planning, and implementation of corporate goals

KEY EXPERIENCES

  • 10-15 years of heading sales organizations in hi-tech equipment firms, MNC work experience preferred.
  • Exceptional technology and/or industry expertise, gained in vacuum technology or Semiconductor,FPD, or manufacturing industries serving similarly sophisticated and demanding clients.
  • Experienced in developing clients based on SRM and CRM tools.
  • Strong leadershiop capabilities and ability to put in long term talent development and succession plan
  • Savvy with best practices in implementing sales planning, sales forecasting and sales prediction strategies.
  • Proven and comprehensive sales experience and experienced in driving and managing growth.
  • Proven proficiency in business development.
  • Experienced in building and managing complex, strategic client and supplier relationships.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, organizational savvy and culture intelligent.
  • Fluency in English.
