Are you passionate about Sales? Do you have good organizational skills? Then, we want to hear from you! You help us promote and further grow our successfully launched digital offering. In our energetic sales team, you coordinate and support all sales activities. You also establish first customer contacts, create offers or answer requests.

What You Will Do

  • Maintenance of CRM, which will include reporting support, data cleaning, support of sales/marketing for Campaigns etc.
  • SPOC for archiving physical (and non-physical) documents plus DocuSign lead in Sales
  • Run and maintain the CRM for change requests (new fields and reports based on the different dept’s requests)
  • Run and maintain the Questionnaire-database for aspects like AFME-/AGC-questionnaire, incoming questionnaires from prospects (like Citi, Raiba,...)
  • Data Interface to Marketing w.r.t. event: upload participant lists in CRM, interact with Marketing for “Lead generation” activities such as “thank you” emails or Social media campaigns

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Technology; or equivalent commercial education
  • Fluent in English and German. Knowledge of French or Italian is a strong plus
  • Analytical and structured mindset, high level of attention to details, very organized personality and independent work style
  • Expert knowledge and proven experience in using CRM tools and Microsoft suite
  • Confident to work in project teams and deliver high quality work results
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and communication skills
