Canica Holding AG is a single Family Office based in Pfäffikon, SZ. We are a small international team managing financial assets across all assets classes, and we are now looking to expand the team with an Executive Assistant to provide support to the management, in a flexible, high paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the calendar of the CEO, including conference calls, vacation, travel and meetings
  • Organize travel arrangements and events, and coordinate meeting schedules
  • Handle emails on behalf of the CEO
  • Support office administration, including answering phones, email inquiries and ordering supplies
  • Provide operational support to the CFO on portfolio reporting
  • Complete and coordinate ad-hoc projects as necessary

Your profile:

  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Used to working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Proactive and efficient problem solver with the ability to use own initiative and take ownership of tasks
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent communicator – both verbal and written
  • Graphic design skills for event planning is a plus
  • Maintain highest level of confidentiality and exercise discretion and professionalism at all times
