As the Program Manager for Membership, you will ensure all tactical elements are in place to establish and grow the program. Your responsibility will be to translate and execute the strategic direction of the program into deliverables that ensure the successful activation, from Campaigns, to Operations, with the Customer needs and behaviours front of mind.

Your Mission

• Implement and manage the daily operations of the On Member Program, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and company priorities
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Digital, Commercial, Product, and Marketing to ensure the membership strategy is well integrated and operational requirements are met
• Monitor and report on the performance of the membership initiatives, focusing on metrics like member engagement, retention, and loyalty
• Support the Head of Membership in defining clear metrics of success and implementing measurement systems to track progress and areas for improvement
• Act as a liaison between the membership team and other internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project coordination
• Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the membership experience, ensuring they align with our commitments to social and environmental change
• Assist in resource planning and management for the membership program, both globally and regionally, to ensure scalability and sustainability
