We are looking for a new Key Account Manager with a background in beauty/cosmetics.
This role involves a strategic and operational focus, critical in shaping our department store strategy. You'll manage key department store partners and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
Key Mission:
This role involves a strategic and operational focus, critical in shaping our department store strategy. Reporting to the corporate commercial director of ELC Switzerland, you'll manage key department store partners, with a primary focus on Manor and Globus.
Lead business relationships with department store clients, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. Manage the ELC portfolio for assigned customers, driving growth aligned with company targets and global strategy. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term collaboration. Provide support to brands in defining go-to-market strategies and commercial plans. Initiate and implement agreed-upon market strategies in collaboration with retail, education, and brand teams.
