Your Responsibility
In our Platform Management Chapter we are looking for a communicative SAP BASIS specialist who strengthens our SAP team and enjoys working independently in a motivated and highly competent development team. We offer a very vast field of work and a dynamic, agile and innovative environment.

Your Role
  • performing release, change and incident management for SAP applications, SAP Basis, including SAP Netweaver, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP PO and SAP Solution Manager
  • administration and monitoring of databases for SAP on Oracle and SAP on SAP HANA
  • agile development and implementation of solution concepts, including integration into various subsystems
  • maintenance and further development of legacy systems based on the SAP NetWeaver stack
  • processing of requests as well as creation and review of technical and functional documents
  • Installation and patching of all SAP components
  • ensuring system security through in-depth understanding of security topics such as encryption and SSO as well as conducting weekly security assessments
  • regular maintenance and upkeep work to ensure system integrity
  • providing on-call support outside of regular working hours when required
  • proactively monitor system performance and ensure system availability
Your Expertise
  • degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field
  • in-depth experience with SAP systems and technologies, especially SAP Basis, SAP NetWeaver, SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA
  • experience in database administration, preferably with SAP on Oracle and SAP on SAP HANA
  • strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • certifications in agile methods such as Scrum or SAFe are an advantage
  • SAP certifications, especially for SAP HANA and SAP Solution Manager
    are strongly desired
  • experience in working with agile methods and teams
  • strong understanding of IT security standards and best practices
  • fluency in written and spoken German and English
