We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our Facility Management Department. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining and repairing electrical systems, ensuring safety and functionality. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high standards, we invite you to apply for this crucial role in our team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct technical and operational upkeep of our luxury villas, office buildings, and surrounding grounds (gardens, pools, etc.)
  • Perform repairs and installations independently or after consultation with the superior
  • Support the facility team to maintain the villas, their surroundings, outbuildings, and all office buildings
  • Manage the receipt and distribution of goods, and purchase them according to specifications
  • Manage storage rooms and inventory, monitoring equipment stock
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with key suppliers
  • Assist in the moving and setup of furniture and goods in the villas and offices
  • Ensure correct and environmentally friendly disposal or recycling of glass, cardboard, chemical products, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team and other departments
  • Act as deputy for the direct superior
You are/have 
  • Holds a certificate as a Swiss electrician and the installation authorization (professional competence) to be the technical contact for the facility team
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Technical expertise with a craftsmanship background 
  • Fluent in English or German, skills in both languages would be an advantage
  • Ready to work weekends on-call (approximately once per month), and availability for on-call service (standby service)
  • Demonstrates flexibility and a solution-oriented approach
  • Ready to work on all facilities management tasks as a core member of the team (not just electrical tasks)
  • Must-have: A driver’s license to allow travel between our facilities
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland
