Focused on Smart Screwdrivers, Wrenches and Riveting Tools (Smart Fastening Tools), you'll directly drive regional sales growth and innovation within our agile team, providing global support, training, coaching to our Business Units and executing Smart Tools strategies to drive the sales growth.

In this position your will have 4 key responsibilities:

 

Your tasks

  • Training and Coaching of our Business Units with our Smart Fastening Tool Portfolio
    • Provide coaching to ensure effective utilization and promotion of Smart Tools
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs
  • Drive and support the local and global sales of Smart Fastening Tools
    • Drive the execution of Smart Tools strategies and its sales
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics
  • Customer application Consulting and Support
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs
    • Help Business units to deal with specific tool requests, applications and design recommendations
  • Supplier Management and Development
    • Establish and maintain and expand strong strategic relationships with suppliers of Smart Fastening Tool
    • Explore opportunities for supplier development


Your profile

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the tools or manufacturing industry.
  • Preferably a strong understanding of Smart Fastening Tools and their applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to travel, at least within Europe, as needed to support customer engagements and global business initiatives.
