Join our team as we search for a talented Reward & Benefits Manager to enhance our People team. We're looking for an reward expert supporting us in shaping our Reward strategy and provide high-level expertise in our Reward topics to our People Business Partners and Business Units. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining our job architecture and ensuring our rewards system aligns with regulations and fosters a competitive and equitable workplace. Tasks:

  • Reward Management: Provide expertise to Business Units and support People Business Partners on grading, titles, base and variable pay, and other specific reward topics
  • Job Architecture Development: Develop, steer, and maintain the Sunrise job architecture, grading/leveling system (WTW methodology), and title structure
  • Market Monitoring & Benchmarking: Monitor market conditions and government regulations to ensure our reward framework is competitive and compliant; execute analysis for pay equity and maintain market-competitive pay. Manage the annual benchmarking process, including data delivery and cleaning with external providers; establish simplified benchmarking processes and regularly review pay bands
  • Compensation Budget Management & Annual Compensation Review: Oversee the variable and fixed compensation budget, manage the Annual Compensation Review process, and prepare communication materials
  • Sales/Commission Plans: Review and develop sales/commission plans with the business, including documentation and governance
  • Employee Benefits Program Management: Manage the employee benefits program (monetary and non-monetary), including retirement insurances, as well as wellbeing and fringe benefits; act as the interface to brokers and insurers
  • Project Leadership: Lead or cooperate in HR projects according to the People roadmap

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in Reward and Benefits Management
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a high level of motivation, enthusiasm, and curiosity
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in German and English.
