Key Account Manager New Business (80-100%)

Overall responsibility for assigned accounts for the complete Canon business portfolio
Budget and forecasting responsibility for assigned accounts in terms of sales, profit and orders
Develop and exploit business opportunities, through focused account management and alignment with other business units
Active Opportunities Pipeline Management, from short to long term
Business Development with prospects
Efficient and successful negotiation across complex decision-making units and buying cycles
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction of customers
Maintaining strong business relationships on D/C-Level

Min. 5 years of experience in Switzerland in our business on Account Development as Key Account Manager for medium to large accounts
Higher education in business administration is a plus (Bachelor/Master)
Expertise in account planning, experience in dealing with complex organizations, projects and sales cycles
Track record on D/C-Level engagement
Awareness of customers’ industries news & challenges
Broad knowledge & experience in the field of IT, ideally in document management solutions (print & digital)
Fluent in English, Mother tong German, speaking French will be a plus
Excellent soft-presentation skills; at ease with numbers & able to make things happen
Positive attitude, business-enabler, team player & hard worker
