Group Communications (GC) is responsible for creating a lasting positive image of Roche and is representing the company's voice on a Group level: we communicate Roche’s strategy and how we deliver on our purpose of “Doing now what patients need next” to Roche colleagues and external audiences.

The opportunity

As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will be an internal Social Media and Digital Marketing Channel consultant who orchestrates end-to-end support for an assigned business area within GC, from strategy to measurement.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and execution of best-in-class digital campaigns, as defined by the Senior Digital Strategy Manager

  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues responsible for Experience / Communities / Intelligence / Capabilities, and external agencies

  • Ensure transparency in planning across all digital campaigns from Corporate, Diagnostics, and Pharma business partners

  • Through strategic consultancy, support Group Communications (GC) stakeholders through necessary change processes that enable GC to meet its ambitions, primarily the goal of delivering Fewer, Bigger, Better

  • Ensure processes, guidelines, and best practices are relevant, up-to-date, and adhere to by GC’s digital campaigning guidelines

  • Support colleagues in affiliate, regional, or other Global functions by embedding best practice guidelines and processes

  • With the support of colleagues from Intelligence, ensure campaigns have appropriate KPIs, meet benchmarks and best practices, and are on-trend


Who you are

You are an expert in Communications Coaching, Outcomes Focus, and Audience Centricity. You bring 3+ years of relevant experience in digital campaign management with a great track record of engaging with audiences through organic and paid digital activities.

In addition, you bring:

  • Detailed knowledge of all major digital platforms, including websites, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter

  • A good understanding of benchmarking, KPIs and measurement of digital campaigns

  • Experience in agency/vendor management with the ability to lead and influence agency partners

  • Ability to present confidently with senior stakeholders

  • Fluency in written and spoken English
