Your Tasks

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for GOV customers analysing and interpreting complex issues and resolve technical issues related to aircraft systems, structures and trainer aircraft operations
• Coordinate on-site support with Pilatus customers and maintenance organizations to address in-service problems related to aircraft systems, structures and operations
• Investigate reported failures and problems in aircraft systems and structures, offering timely resolutions to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Support systems testing, including software and hardware integration
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and maintenance organizations for continuous improvement in aircraft systems, structural and operations support
• Prepare, review and update technical documentation, including memos, reports and maintenance procedure instructions

With this you convince us

• Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical customer support roles within the aviation industry
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex systems, structural issues and operational challenges within an aircraft OEM environment
• Fluency in spoken and written English as well as willingness to travel internationally
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with customers, maintenance organizations and internal stakeholders
• Strong project management and task prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
