Providing an excellent channel to develop your skills and build upon your career. In this role you will be operating in the sales transaction to cash (O2C) function managing daily customer orders with high financial exposure. The O2C process is critical to drive financial reporting/monitoring and to meet the overall Marketing & Sales go-to-market plan. You will build new relations being in close contact with our customers/wholesalers and you liaise closely with our Marketing & Sales departments to ensure on time logistics. In this role, you can develop your skill set, use your analytical thinking and your natural familiarity with numbers along with stakeholder engagement to successfully perform your duties and responsibilities.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the Order to Cash process via customer order collection and data entry to Warehouse Management system
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales stakeholders to ensure the company’s go-to-market plan execution in the accounts via system mapping products that are in line with planned timings and promotional periods requirements
  • Maintain and further build positive customer relations with Account Buying, Logistics and Account Payment personnel 
  • Work with the Key Account Management team by handling obstacles in supply chain and the logistic management process
  • Overview the Masterdata & System Management by setting up critical SAP pricing and article information in line with Finance/GBS guidelines
  • Close collaboration with Finance to manage Free Cash Flow maintenance by continuous monitoring, validating and aligning on SAP & Finance reporting (J-SOX)
  • First point of contract for Customer collection of past due invoices and monitoring credit/banking transactions
  • Oversee customer return good process, expiring product destruction and Swiss Excise Tax controls
  • Manage Field Force Inventories and ensure stock controls are in place throughout the year

Qualifications and Experience

  • After obtaining a higher business degree, you gained relevant practical experience ideally in a FMCG environment
  • A high interest in processes and technologies, affinity to numbers
  • Enthusiastic self-starter, flexible and reliable person with strong analytical mindset
  • Language skills: German and good command of English. French considered a good advantage
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office, SAP/Warehouse system knowledge are benefits but not required
