IT Project Manager - Sustainability / CSRD reporting - for our Solothurn based client in the energy sector.

Your tasks:

  • Developing project charter and detailed delivery plan
  • Initiating project setup and managing through phase gates
  • Coordinating and delivering the project on time, within budget, and in scope
  • Creating and managing the project communications plan
  • Reporting on project success criteria and providing status updates to stakeholders
  • Managing project changes, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies


Your experience/knowledge:

  • IT project management with a proven track record leading IT project delivery teams
  • Experience with European Sustainability Reporting Requirements or CSRD reporting
  • Business experience within Energy or Trading would be an advantage
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and tools, and the software development lifecycle
  • Background in the energy or trading industry would be advantageous
  • Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German or French would be a strong advantage


Your soft skills:

  • Ability to navigate quickly between high and detailed levels, coupled with a proactive mindset and excellent organizational skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills, as well as collaboration and communication capabilities
