Lead - Key Account Marketing (Sports Performance- Running EMEA)

In short

The Key Account Marketing Lead Europe is responsible for On's brand development, positioning and consumer growth within our sports performance (running, trail running, and tennis) retailers and sporting goods buying groups across Europe.

You will partner cross functionally with Brand, Product, Sales, and Merchandising teams to craft and deliver a unique marketing plan, authentically bringing to life On's mission with our running and outdoor consumers by creating memorable moments that drive brand affinity and commercial growth. You will make this happen by successfully fusing your brand, event, point-of-sale, and digital marketing skills.

You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Managers for Running & Buying Groups, and On’s regional counterparts to craft and bring to life the marketing strategy. This role reports into the Head of B2B Partner Marketing Europe and can be located in Zurich, Berlin or London.

Your Mission

  • Become the Running and Trail expert - within the EMEA B2B Partner Marketing Team, who has an intimate pulse on the behaviors and trends within these communities. Also develop a solid grasp on the Tennis community.
  • Engage the consumer - understand how they discover, engage, and shop across multiple channels to craft and execute memorable moments for the run community
  • Build bullet proof partnerships - be On's marketing partner for 4-8 performance sports retailers who either operate in multiple countries or have influence beyond their own borders
  • Be the internal expert for your account - inside On by building awareness for your accounts strengths and being and advocate for their needs
  • Build 3+ year omni channel strategic plan - for your accounts in collaboration with your sales counterparts
  • Bring creativity and innovation - to how we partner with Key Accounts through a fast paced, data-driven, test and learn approach
  • Use your digital marketing expertise - to bring a full-funnel approach to your activations and drive ecommerce growth with partners
  • Get hands on - by executing activate events, influencers, and/or retail tools that drive results
  • Leverage data - to identify omni channel opportunities and across all European countries by analyzing and monitoring consumer demand, category trends and competitor assortment
