The Role

Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide reception duties such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Support the coordination of events, meetings, and workshops, including meeting clients in our coworking spaces in canton Zug.
Organize and maintain documents, ensuring all necessary documentation is easily accessible and up-to-date.
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
Assist with research and analysis projects to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with team members on various projects to support the overall goals of the organization.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
You'll Fit Great With These Skills and Values
Exceptional organizational skills, diligence, attention to detail, and good organization. Experience with office management is a nice to have.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. German is a good advantage but not a must.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
Student in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations or similar, ideally with Bachelor’s degree.
You hold a valid work permit for Switzerland
