Shift: 2:00 pm - 9:30 pm (Monday - Saturday)

Salary range: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 MXN Monthly (before taxes)

Job Description:

As a Logistics Services Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our logistics operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient and effective logistics processes, from warehousing and distribution to transportation and delivery. You will lead a team of logistics professionals, coordinate with various departments, and strive to optimize our logistics operations to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the logistics team.

Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics, making recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to ensure seamless operations.

Implement and oversee warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).

Train, mentor, and develop logistics staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Resolve any logistics-related issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Intermediate-Advanced English

Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including warehousing, distribution, and transportation.

Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS) is a plus.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
