Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk management strategies, policies, and procedures

• Create comprehensive risk overviews and establish risk frameworks

• Prepare regular risk analysis reports and propose action plans

• Identify and assess risks across various business areas

• Monitor and analyze risk trends and developments

• Represent risk in executive meetings and report to the Risk and Audit Committee

• Maintain efficient relationships with regulatory authorities

• Lead the risk organization to develop competencies and achieve goals

• Manage the Risk Management Team, identifying and nurturing talent within the team

• Collaborate with internal departments to minimize risks and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Risk Management or Finance, ideally in a leadership role

• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methods, and numerical analysis

• Proven ability to develop and implement risk strategies aligned with corporate goals

• Experience adapting risk strategies to different business environments

• Knowledge of operational risk management

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strategic thinking and adaptability to change

• High integrity and ethical behavior

• Effective problem-solving skills

• Commitment to promoting a positive risk and learning culture

• Fluency in German and English, with additional languages being a plus
