V.I.E. Client Coverage Support - Banking operations processing - Belgium

Responsibilities

The main mission is to provide support to the Coverage Bankers in charge of the coverage of large corporate clients in Belgium.
Four categories of tasks are mainly involved:

1) Support for bankers and business lines in the marketing of the products and services that the bank offers to these investment banking clients: preparation of presentation materials, internal memos for senior management on client strategy, financial elements and customer relations;
2) Structuring and implementation of credit facilities in support of bankers, realization of profitability calculations, coordination with the Middle Office;
3) Management of the profitability KPI of the client portfolios (review, control, forecasts and reporting), management of client relation tools;
4) Realization of ad-hoc presentation or competitive intelligence on the local market and the sector of activity of the customers.

Due to the VIE eligibility criteria, a questionnaire will be provided. Please make sure to answer all the questions for an efficient analysis of your application.

Profile required

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Requirements
• Graduated with a Bac + 5 / Master 2, from a university training, with a specialization in economics / finance or a degree from a Business School 
• Good communication skill
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Good command of MS Office
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.
In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
