We pride ourselves on being an extension of your own living room, a place for great conversations and experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and quality of products.
• Manage and train staff, ensuring compliance with all health and safety restaurant regulations.
• Monitor inventory of beverages and supplies, placing orders when necessary.
• Plan and implement strategies to attract customers, coordinating with the GM and team
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of drinks, pricing and hospitality industry trends.
• Strong leadership, organizational, efficency and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid Certificate
• Fluency in English and German is required.
