We are looking for a Receptionist / Office Manager (f/m) 100% for our international client (banking) based in the Zurich City.
Your responsibilities

  • Front desk (reception) and customer care
  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls
  • Office management: building management and procurement
  • Conference room and videoconference management
  • Badge handling and access control
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Meeting room management and scheduling
  • Mail handling (postage, express couriers, etc.)
  • Arrangement of appointments
  • Administrating activities (creating lists, letters, presentations)
  • Support function to staff members in administrative tasks
Your profile
  • Completed commercial training or similar training
  • Profund professional experience as Receptionist or Office manager
  • Fluency in English and German, knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good structured and synthetic approach, flexible, autonomous and good team player
