Business Services Product Manager

Teoxane Laboratories were established in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2003. We are specialized in the design and manufacturing of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and dermocosmetics. In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

Business Services Product Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Define and lead business services program development. Design and implement comprehensive service programs strategies for aesthetic physicians globally, focusing on optimizing clinic operations, patient flow, communication, and consultation processes.
  • Services Program Planning: Collaborate with local and global teams to develop holistic services aligned with the goals of supporting aesthetic healthcare professionals in enhancing their business performance. Lead the execution planning of these services/tools/programs.
  • Global Outreach: Expand the reach of services internationally, establishing partnerships within the medical aesthetics community.
  • Optimizing Clinic Operations: Streamline clinic workflows, and enhance operational efficiency in patient management systems.
  • Consultation Enhancement: Develop process and tools to ensure effective communication and patient satisfaction while aligning with industry best practices.
  • Revenue Growth Tactics: Plan and execute tactics for healthcare professionals to maximize their revenue through innovative service offerings and business development initiatives.
  • Objective Setting: Set clear and measurable objectives for service programs, aligned them with the overall business strategy.
  • Performance Evaluation: Implement evaluation processes using KPIs and ROI metrics to assess program effectiveness.
  • Team Training and Coaching: Lead training and coaching initiatives for local field teams, to effectively implement and support service programs.
  • Physician Coaching: Provide personalized coaching and support to aesthetic physicians.
  • Brand Awareness: Develop and execute tactics to create brand awareness around the service program, to establish a strong presence in the aesthetic industry.
  • Any other special mission that may be entrusted by the direction.

Requirements and skills

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, marketing ideally in Aesthetic field.
  • Autonomous.
  • Strategic vision: proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives, fostering growth.
  • Global Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationship and partnership internally and globally.
  • Operation excellence: expertise in optimizing clinic operations, patient flow, and implementing efficient systems to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design and implement cutting-edge service programs tailored to the specific need of aesthetic practitioners. Ability to create from a blank slate and generate ideas from scratch.
  • Business Acumen: Understand business principles in the healthcare industry with a focus of revenue growth, market trends, customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Leadership: able to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment to achieve shared goals.
  • Leadership and inspiration: able to lead and inspire others towards a shared vision and goals.
  • Presentation and coaching skills: strong ability in presenting ideas and coaching teams.
