For our global department "Group Marketing Cosmetics" we are looking with immediate effect or by agreement for a

Your role:

  • Holistic Leadership and Global P&L Responsibility: Responsible for the Body Care & Cleansing Categories (Body Lotions, Showers & Baths, Deodorants, Hand & Foot Care, Oral Care, Hair Care)
  • Strategic Development: Develop strategies for the respective categories, define and drive the innovation pipeline, create global category plans, and ensure sufficiency in the innovation pipeline to reach growth objectives based on consumer and market understanding, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Innovation, Campaigns & Design: Lead innovation projects and oversee product development. Brief and lead development of global campaign toolkits and packaging design in line with key market needs and category drivers
  • Global Brand & Category Plans: Own and manage global brand and category plans, collaborating closely with country marketing teams to enable excellent execution in the markets and maintain brand consistency
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor in-market performance, category trends, and competition to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for your categories

Your profile:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Min. 5 years of brand management experience in cosmetics, skin care. Ideally expertise in German and French cosmetic retail landscape
  • Experience in leading global innovation projects from idea to final launch stage and management of the full product lifecycle
  • Strong leadership skills, effective in communicating and experience in managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in developing 360° campaigns leading to sustainable growth, expertise in digital and social media
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information, financial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Open-minded, solution-oriented and curious, with a motivation to continuously learn and grow. Self- driven & enthusiastic with the ability to manage several projects independently
  • Fluent in English (in speech and writing); ideally also good German skills
