Do you love supporting our customers recruitment projects from A-Z? We’d like to have you in our team as our new Customer Operations Specialist! You will be a key member of TestingTime’s team and be responsible for the daily delivery of the best matching test users.

Your responsibilities in details:

  • You independently handle customer support queries via calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact
  • Troubleshooting in case of late cancellations, non-attendance of the participants and other issues
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Product Managers and Marketing
  • Handling customer and user requests via ticketing systems

This job is for you if you have…

  • a background and experience in customer service or a similar office job
  • a positive, enthusiastic and going the extra mile when needed to fit in our company’s culture
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • a passion to deliver a first class customer service with a proactive, flexible and structured approach
  • the capability to handle difficult customers or situations by offering solutions
  • the ability to work under pressure in peak times and to meet demanding recruitment deadlines
  • the ability to prioritize different urgent tasks at the same time
  • an adaptive capacity to new systems, processes and tasks

It would be outstanding, but optional if you have…

  • French language skills on top of German and English 
  • experience in project / partnership management
  • knowledge of the service hub from Hubspot and/or the Zendesk ticketing system
