Do you love supporting our customers recruitment projects from A-Z? We’d like to have you in our team as our new Customer Operations Specialist! You will be a key member of TestingTime’s team and be responsible for the daily delivery of the best matching test users.
Your responsibilities in details:
- You independently handle customer support queries via calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact
- Troubleshooting in case of late cancellations, non-attendance of the participants and other issues
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Product Managers and Marketing
- Handling customer and user requests via ticketing systems
This job is for you if you have…
- a background and experience in customer service or a similar office job
- a positive, enthusiastic and going the extra mile when needed to fit in our company’s culture
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- a passion to deliver a first class customer service with a proactive, flexible and structured approach
- the capability to handle difficult customers or situations by offering solutions
- the ability to work under pressure in peak times and to meet demanding recruitment deadlines
- the ability to prioritize different urgent tasks at the same time
- an adaptive capacity to new systems, processes and tasks
It would be outstanding, but optional if you have…
- French language skills on top of German and English
- experience in project / partnership management
- knowledge of the service hub from Hubspot and/or the Zendesk ticketing system
