For our client, we are looking for an experienced

The future position holder is primarily responsible for the following:

  • Reports directly to the CEO and is a member of the executive team
  • Balances strategic vision with hands-on operational execution
  • Leads the marketing team (5 HCs), providing direction, guidance, and support
  • Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand consistency and drive sales across all business sectors
  • Manages marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve organizational goals
  • Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success of marketing initiatives
  • Analyzes ROI on marketing investments to inform future campaign strategies and optimize resource allocation
  • Plays a pivotal role in increasing market share and fostering brand value and consistency
  • Possesses a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape

Required experience and skills:

  • Compelling Track record in either ‘BRAND’ or ‘RETAIL’ Marketing Management
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g., online tools and social media)
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Understanding of web design
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team management skills

Required educational background and languages:

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Business fluent in German and English
