You will ensure the adherence to Lufthansa Groups Revenue Management policies and procedures by applying and constantly improving state-of-the-art Revenue Integrity tools and processes.

As an Offer Control Analyst, your core tasks include:

  • Ensuring technical operation and conceptual development (definition, monitoring of implementation and testing) of the offer control systems (e.g. FlightFirming or Inventory Protection Tool)
  • Monitoring system performance and analyzing data to identify and evaluate further potential for improvement
  • Ensuring a close exchange with revenue management (RM) internal (e.g. Pricing & Offer Product Teams, Pricing Concept Owners) and LHG stakeholders (e.g. Sales, IT), the joint venture partners (e.g. UA, AC), as well as the respective system providers
  • Developing and presenting concepts and strategies at management level to further developing systems
  • Coordinate overarching and particularly revenue-relevant RM topics with interfaces in day-to-day business and within interdisciplinary projects

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, IT Management or equivalent experience

  • High motivation and flexibility, self-organized work attitude, as well as willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of airline industry, especially Revenue Management and Reservation systems is an asset

  • Experience in requirements engineering and/or project management is an asset
  • Profound analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills is an strong asset
  • Very good spoken and written English skills, German is an asset
