We're seeking a Personal/Executive Assistant (m/f/d) with strong project management skills for a small consulting firm operating in an absolute niche market, active in both London and Switzerland. We're not looking for just a manager, but someone who approaches their work with dedication, passion, and focus.

In this role, you'll work directly with the managing director on various exciting international projects, while also taking ownership of assigned tasks. In addition to the requirements listed below, we're seeking someone who has the drive to push forward, finds joy in their work, and is willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting your superior as an Executive Assistant while simultaneously engaging in projects.
  • Operating within a highly professional environment and understanding the importance of discretion.
  • Attending meetings, capturing key discussions with precision and maintaining organized task lists to drive project success.
  • Be the guardian of deadlines, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed and projects stay on track.
  • Demonstrate your outstanding multitasking skills as you manage multiple responsibilities and take the lead on your own projects.
  • If you don't reside in London, embrace the opportunity for travel, with regular visits to London and potential trips to other locations.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration or a similar field, or relevant work experience.
  • Common sense and drive.
  • Work experience in a similar role.
  • Native English speaker; knowledge of German or any other additional language is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to London and potentially to other locations or to relocate to London.
  • Strong analytical, as well as strong project management skills.
  • Accustomed to working with international clients and across cultures.
  • Ability to deliver top-quality work, even under pressure.
  • Capability to see the big picture while paying attention to details.
  • Ability to work autonomously and learn new skills when required.
  • Experience in property development and/or management, or design/architecture is an asset.
  • Very flexible – open to learning new skills fast and problem-solving skills.
  • 360-degree vision – capable of handling every job from start to finish.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker.
  • Impeccable manners and appearance.
  • Confidence, mindfulness, resilience, hard work, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Reliability, proactivity, honesty, ability to handle pressure well, being switched on, taking responsibility, precision, can-do attitude, tidiness, kindness, flexibility, clarity, and strong communication skills.
  • Trustworthy, loyal, and highly discreet.
  • MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and technically inclined in general.
