Your role

As HR Business Partner at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are responsible for our back office area and partner with senior management as well as employees on all levels. You provide high level services contributing to Human Resources Department's success on a daily basis. Thanks to your experience and your open-minded personality you play a central role in the HR team by participation in improving our processes by leading and/or supporting new and existing initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage, coach and support line managers along the HR value-chain to identify tailored and value-adding solutions
  • Drive an efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Take ownership to become the trusted advisor in all Human Capital Management matters: e.g. high and low performer management, labour law queries
  • Demonstrate leadership for the successful execution of HR processes and drive meaningful measures based on KPIs identified
  • Anticipate HR related challenges and apply expert knowledge to ensure HR practices and policies are respected in critical employee relation matters
  • Initiate, drive and collaborate in projects and initiatives either to increase operational excellence or enhance value-adding HR services
  • Liaise, support as well as share and discuss ideas with the HR colleagues to enhance, maintain and support operational and regular HR Services

Your profile

  • Higher education (university / FH) in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • 3 years of practical experience in the field of Human Resources as a Business Partner or alternatively HR Generalist
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Team player with a successful track record as HR Business Partner for both tactical and operational HR-topics who is willing to share experience and support other HR colleagues
  • Hands-on attitude, can-do mentality as well as an assertive personality
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and prioritization skills
  • Ability to successfully work with stakeholders on all hierarchical levels
  • Fluency in German and English; fluency in French is a plus
