(Senior) Consultant - Regulatory & Compliance FS 80-100% (w/m/d)

About the job

Your tasks

• You advise Swiss and international banks, asset managers and other financial service providers on all financial market regulations, including the Banking Act, FINIA, FINSA, AMLA, CISA, ESG, FINMA licensing, etc.
• You provide risk and compliance consulting and outsourcing services for financial services clients
• You draft legal clarifications on financial market law issues, taking into account Swiss legislation and international influences
• You draft regulations and directives and review client files
• You analyse the impact of regulations on financial service providers and develop solutions for implementation by clients

Your profile

• University degree in Law
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a Big4 or comparable environment
• Strong customer and team orientation as well as a high level of commitment
• Fluent in French and English
