Your Impact
- Take on a leading professional and organizational role within the Real Estate Advisory team.
- Lead project teams in the valuation of individual properties and real estate portfolios, the preparation of portfolio analyses, profitability calculations, and property strategies, and present the results directly to the client.
- Act as a recognized expert contact person for various PwC service lines and provide support on real estate-specific questions within the framework of financial due diligence and auditing.
- Actively drive innovation through data analytics and digitalization and develop new methods and approaches to help shape the PwC standard.
- Be ready to represent and further develop the Real Estate Valuation area in a nationally and internationally operating consulting firm.
- Contribute decisively with your commitment and leadership personality to continuing PwC's success story in the Real Estate Advisory sector.
Your Skill Set
- ETH, university, or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master) in economics (business administration/economics), architecture, or civil engineering and an affinity for business-related issues.
- Several years of work experience in the valuation of institutional investors' real estate and project management.
- Practical, in-depth knowledge with relevant qualifications (MAS in Real Estate, CFA, CAIA, or similar).
- You are well connected in the real estate industry and preferably a member of industry associations (SEK, SIV, RICS).
- Flawless oral and written German skills as well as very good English skills. French skills are an advantage.
- Very good analytical skills and strengths in financial modeling, an above-average willingness to perform, and motivated to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
