To strengthen our team at the Engesserstraße location in Freiburg, we are looking for a committed team leader (m/f/d) to lead and manage our logistics team in the 4-shift system in the customer warehouse.

What you bring

• Completed vocational training in logistics, forwarding, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in leading teams, ideally as shift, group, or team leader – including knowledge in personnel deployment planning
• Practical knowledge in handling scanner technology as well as logistical processes
• Strong leadership skills, high social competence, and the ability to lead teams empathetically as well as goal-oriented
• Valid class B driving license
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift system
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
