Job description
We are currently looking for aProject Manager - Equipment Integration - M/F/Xto lead the integration of new production means while respecting and integrating our teams in Geneva.
🔥 Main activities:
- Participate in the integration projects of new production equipment.
- Write and structure all technical documents necessary for IT deliverables (analyses, specifications, documentation, functionalities).
- Ensure the coherence and compliance of deliverables with internal recommendations.
- Plan and monitor the progress of your integration project portfolio.
- Organize and facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage orders (materials, developments, infrastructures, services) and ensure their follow-up.
- Conduct and validate offline communication tests for equipment requiring supplier application development.
- Configure and set up network components integrated into production equipment.
- Create, configure, and set up equipment in the company's MES tool.
- Coordinate all integration work with IT, production, and maintenance teams.
- Validate IT functionalities in real production conditions.
- Update the technical files of the equipment at the closure of each integration project.
🎯 Desired profile
- You hold a technician or engineer degree in automation, electrotechnics, or industrial computing.
- You have proven experience in an industrial environment, particularly in integration or installation projects of production equipment.
- You master network configuration and MES tools, and you know how to write clear and structured technical documents.
- Your organizational skills and methodological rigor allow you to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently.
- You demonstrate a strong analytical mind and a genuine sense of service, and you are comfortable coordinating and facilitating workshops with various stakeholders.
- You reside in Geneva and speak fluent French; proficiency in English is an additional asset.
