As a leading universal bank, we offer our customers a comprehensive range of digital payment solutions. In the "Product Management Payment Services" team, we continuously develop ZKB TWINT, our customer interfaces/APIs, Open Banking, customer reporting for payment transactions, and our payment transaction infrastructure.

Your tasks

Implementing projects and initiatives to further develop the offering in the product management lifecycle: introduction of new services, adjustment of existing products, and transformation of our payment transaction infrastructure
Developing product strategies based on market and usage analyses
Analyzing and optimizing processes
Coordinating measures to manage financial and non-financial risks
Collaborating with various stakeholders (communications, marketing, front units, legal department, IT, etc.)
Representing the bank in external working groups and towards suppliers

Your profile

Completed studies in business administration, banking, or engineering sciences
At least 8 years of professional experience in product management at a bank, consulting in the banking sector, or in a project management role in the financial industry
Experience in leading larger implementation programs
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of initiative characterize you
Very good written and oral communication skills in German enable you to work successfully with a large number of internal contacts
Your flair for customer needs and market requirements as well as your passion for digital payment solutions complete your profile
