This is where you get involved
- Responsible for the executive secretariat with administrative coordination of the hospital director and the deputy hospital director
- Administrative support for the chairman of the board of directors and the general assembly
- Meeting organization for hospital management, the board of directors, the general assembly, and various committees including minute-taking (periodic evening work)
- Participation in projects and support with coordination tasks in corporate development
- Administrative management of the project portfolio in collaboration with the project managers
- Administrative support with data analyses and process evaluations
- Further development and maintenance of the internal digital contract management and controlling
- Deepening and expanding responsibility in project management and management support possible with interest and competencies
You
- have a higher business administration education or a commercial basic education with corresponding further training
- have solid knowledge and experience in minute-taking in fluent German
- have very good MS Office skills and a strong affinity for digitalization topics
- are interested in project and process work
- have solid professional experience in a similar role or are ambitious to familiarize yourself with new subject areas
- experience dealing with political offices and political processes is an advantage for this position
