The cross-ING Group AG also takes on administrative tasks in the areas of marketing, sales, and human resources.

For our location in Basel, we are looking for a partner / site manager to build a strong team and successfully develop the location.

Your responsibilities

• Expansion / further development of a successful regional unit with the service offerings of cross-ING AG

• After a maximum of three successful years, you will receive 80 percent of the company and lead your regional engineering office in the cross-ING partner system.

Services such as accounting, marketing, recruitment, and administration are available to you from our headquarters. This allows you to fully concentrate on your clients as well as on the development and management of your team.

• Co-development and implementation of strategies

• Establishment and operation of a competence center

You bring the following qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree in engineering

• Entrepreneurial thinking and action

• Good contacts in the local industry

• Determination to succeed

• High communication skills

• Comprehensive technical understanding

• Language skills in German and English
