For our modern nursing and care center Büelriet with 44 residents, we are looking for a committed and competent personality due to structural adjustments, who will enrich our team as Head of Nursing and Care with expertise, empathy, and leadership strength.

As Head of Nursing and Care, you take overall responsibility for the nursing and care of our residents. You plan, organize, coordinate, and review the processes on the wards and are the contact person for residents, relatives, employees, and the home management.

Your core tasks include:

• Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team as well as the team leaders, training and topic coordinators
• Ensuring correct staffing according to cantonal requirements and budget
• Budget responsibility for the nursing and care area
• Implementation of corporate and departmental goals
• Responsible for personnel deployment planning as well as training and further education of employees
• Ensuring professional nursing, care, daily life design, and activation according to current long-term care standards
• Supervision of electronic nursing documentation and BESA assessments
• Ensuring smooth admission, discharge, and change management
• Consultation and care of residents and their relatives
• Promotion of innovative services in the nursing and care sector
• Interdisciplinary collaboration within the home management team and with external partners
• Concept development in close cooperation with the QM officer

• Completed nursing education at tertiary level
• Leadership training and several years of leadership experience in the nursing field
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Innovative, flexible, and integrative leadership personality with an appreciative attitude
• Performance- and people-oriented leadership style
• Strong strategic and goal-oriented thinking
• Affinity for concept development in cooperation with the QM officer
• Solid IT user skills
• High quality and sense of responsibility as well as independent working style
