Our fashion boutiques play a vital role in bringing each collection and campaign to life. We are seeking a passionate, driven and dedicated Event & VIC Experience Manager who will. conceive and deliver exceptional events and experiences for Chanel’s top clients in Switzerland. Thus, elevating the client experience and reflect the brand’s enduring values.
As a key member of the Switzerland Fashion team, you will work in close partnership with the Client Strategy Manager and boutique-level Marketing & Clienteling Managers, ensuring that every event and experience is strategically aligned and locally relevant.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Collaboration & Synergies

Work closely with the Client Strategy Manager to ensure all events and VIC experiences support the broader client engagement strategy.

Empower boutique Marketing & Clienteling Managers by providing guidance, resources, and support for in-boutique events and client experiences, ensuring brand consistency and local impact.

Partner with the Regional Events and Client Engagement teams:

Deploy regional event and experience programs locally, adapting them to the Swiss market and boutique needs.

Share local insights, feedback, and performance results with regional teams to inspire and inform regional strategy.

Ensure Swiss events and experiences reflect both regional and global standards and ambitions.

Foster regular communication and collaboration with boutique and regional teams to tailor events and experiences to both local client preferences and overall regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Event Conception & Execution
-
Design and propose an annual event plan aligned with market priorities, in collaboration with the Client Strategy Manager and boutique Marketing & Clienteling Managers.

Guide boutiques in the orchestration of in-boutique events, ensuring alignment with client engagement objectives and brand guidelines.

Lead end-to-end production of market-level events: venue selection, logistics, supplier management, on-site operations, and troubleshooting.
2. VIC Experience & Engagement

Develop bespoke events & experience journeys for top clients, collaborating with boutique teams to ensure seamless and exclusive experiences at every touchpoint.

Support and advise boutiques in the design and execution of in-store luxury experiences and hospitality services.

Provide the regional team with up-to-date market trends and competitor event insights through regular competitive reports, helping to shape and elevate our event strategy for Top Clients.
3. Event Performance & Community

Analyze event performance (KPIs, feedback, ROI) and share learnings with market, boutique, and regional teams.

Animate and nurture an event community, fostering best practice sharing across boutiques and the market.
4. Budget & Compliance

Manage event budgets, supporting boutiques in local budget tracking and optimization.

Ensure compliance with brand standards and legal requirements for all events and experiences.
ABOUT YOU
-
Academic background with minimum 8 years’ experience in event/project management, ideally in luxury or client service industries.
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at market and boutique level.
-
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
-
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
-
Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
