Nursing Expert with Development Opportunities Acute Hospital and Nursing Home 60-100%
Task:
As a nursing expert, you belong to the motivated and committed team of the Practice Development department. Ensuring and further developing patient care and nursing quality in the acute hospital and nursing home. Participation in the conception and introduction of extended nursing roles in an ANP team. Support of department management, nursing teams, and practice development management in specialist tasks. Creating and revising guidelines and processes. Consulting all areas on specialist topics. Conducting internal training, courses, case discussions, and practical support. Supporting nursing teams, patients, and relatives in complex care situations. Appreciative, partnership-based collaboration in nursing and treatment teams. Practice development through participation in interdisciplinary and interprofessional working groups and projects.
Requirements:
Completed training as a nursing expert with MScN, or in training with several years of experience in the clinical setting. Independent, reliable, and responsible working style with high quality standards. Communicative, open, motivated, and team-oriented personality. Confident German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good IT user skills. Specialization in a specific patient group or openness to further training.
