Your Role with Impact
- Professional and social leadership, support, and promotion of your team
- Reflection on team processes and initiation of appropriate measures
- Planning and support of the introduction of new employees
- Recognizing and promoting employee potential including practical transfer
- Participation in goal definition and further development of the department
- Duty and vacation planning as well as coordination in case of staff shortages with Polypoint
- Conducting employee interviews and annual evaluations
- Delegation and support of daily responsibility
- Ensuring high nursing and care quality in the department
- Responsibility for RAI and nursing documentation
- Co-design of quality management, hygiene, and efficient workflows
- Organization of resources (medications, consumables, aids)
- Close cooperation with the nursing & care management as well as interdisciplinary areas

What You Bring With You
- Completed nursing training HF, DN II, AKP, PsyKP or IKP
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a manager with solid expertise in long-term care
- Solid RAI knowledge
- Management training level 1 or willingness
- Very good German skills
