The healthcare sector is undergoing change and Switzerland has catching up to do. Modern IT solutions are just as much a part of a modern healthcare provider as medical services and care.
At adesso, we support leading healthcare providers as well as eHealth / mHealth solution providers with our process and IT expertise in their digital transformation.
Help us with your knowledge and skills so that we can contribute to making the Swiss healthcare system fit for the future. Your core tasks include:
- No half measures: You advise our customers in healthcare and optimize their core business processes.
- Advise comprehensively: Together with the respective team, you support our customers on strategy, process, and organizational topics in healthcare.
- Lead transformation projects: You plan and lead (agile) transformation projects as well as the conception of IT solutions within the framework of digitization initiatives.
- Take project responsibility: Take responsibility as a sub-project or project manager.
- Support acquisition activities: You engage in acquisition and pre-sales activities.
- Ideas are welcome: You contribute to the further development of our consulting portfolio and the Line of Business Digital Health.
YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING
- Relevant IT and industry knowledge: You are well versed in current IT and organization-relevant topics as well as in the relevant customer industry healthcare.
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in a consulting, leading, and project management role in organizational or transformation projects
- Project management methodology: Experience in dealing with challenging project situations
- Agile mindset: Strong agile mindset and experience in project work
Communication: You can listen well and take your counterpart along and convince them - Language skills: Very good German and good English skills. French skills are an advantage
