Junior Digital Marketer 60-80% (m/f/d)

You will gradually grow into real tasks:
- Social Media: You manage our LinkedIn and YouTube presence and learn what works in the B2B environment
- Content: You plan and create content, from posts to blog articles, developing a feel for language and impact
- Campaigns: You support email marketing, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads from concept to evaluation
- Events: You participate in the planning and implementation of trade fairs and conferences
- Analytics: You look at what works and learn to read data and draw conclusions from it
You work closely with experienced colleagues. Questions are welcome. Own ideas too.
- Completed or ongoing training/studies in marketing, communication, digital business, or a similar field
- First contact with digital marketing, whether through internships, side projects, own channels, or initial professional experience
- Interest in social media, content, and digital trends
- Very good German and good English, spoken and written
- Desire to discover and use tools like Canva, HubSpot, or Google Analytics
- Structured working style, reliability, and a dose of curiosity
Not a must: If you don’t know all the tools yet, you will learn them with us. More important is that you are proactive, think along, and want to grow.
