Our Requirements:
- Completed commercial training
- Further training as an accounting clerk or comparable further training is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- Very good German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- SAGE200, BLP, PSI are an advantage
- Analytical thinking and pronounced numerical understanding
- Independent, precise, and efficient working style
- High reliability and quality awareness
- Resilience and flexibility, especially during intensive closing periods
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Solid knowledge in VAT accounting (CH and DE) as well as in asset accounting.
Your Tasks:
- Independent management of accounts receivable and asset accounting including master data maintenance.
- Preparation of a liquidity plan (cash plan)
- Processing of dunning runs and accounts receivable collection
- Independent preparation of VAT returns and declarations.
- Active participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to local accounting standards
- Execution and documentation of intercompany reconciliations with various group companies.
- Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks.
- Participation in optimization projects in the finance area.
- Close cooperation with other departments
- Active representation within the team as needed
- Competent representation during vacation absences within the finance team
- Deployment in various areas of the finance department as part of a job rotation
