Your tasks:

• Qualification of leads and strong technical consulting via phone and MS Teams
• Independent handling of customer inquiries and orders with a high level of service orientation
• Implementation of projects in close cooperation with the relevant interfaces
• Coordination of technical implementation with customers and international partners
• Technical consulting and support of GRESSEL sales technicians
• Active participation in building and maintaining long-term business relationships
• Monitoring project progress to ensure timely implementation

Your profile:

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic, further training as a technician HF
• Professional experience in the field of machining
• Experience in technical sales or inside sales
• Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
• Strong team orientation and motivating, high social competence and strong customer orientation
• Ability to plan complex projects in a structured way and implement them successfully
• Confident handling of MS 365, SAP knowledge desirable
