Your responsibilities

• Managing telephone calls
• Processing incoming emails (additions, non-compliance, miscellaneous)
• Managing results
• Entering paper files
• Handling mail

Required skills

• Know the compliance criteria for samples related to the range of medical analyses in Chemistry, Hematology, and Immunology
• Know how to use medical analysis management software
• Excellent oral expression in French and good written expression. Good knowledge of English and/or German is an asset
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Flexible schedule (morning, mid-day, and end of day shifts) due to team rotation
